I’m Karl McGlashon, the founder of Admin for Fitters and I have over 20 years of experience in the window industry. While I’ve spent a small amount of time on-site, my main expertise lies behind the scenes; managing admin, quoting, order processing, Fensa registration, Social media management and organising diaries to keep businesses running smoothly.

Over the years I’ve seen many skilled fitters start their own business and struggle with the admin side. That’s why I started Admin for Fitter. To provide expert, hassle free support at a fraction of the cost of hiring and training a full time in-house administrator.

My goal is simple: to help independent installers stay organised, get paid on time, and build successful businesses—without the stress that comes with it.
