At Admin for Fitters, we handle the entire application process on behalf of your clients—ensuring the best chance of approval while allowing you to secure orders upfront instead of waiting for clients to return with approval.

How It Works

We take care of everything required for planning applications, ensuring compliance with local authority and heritage regulations. Our process includes:

✅ Liaising with Local Authorities – We engage with conservation officers and planning departments where possible to understand requirements before submission.

✅ Researching Past Applications – We check what has been approved or refused in the area to give the best chance of success.

✅ Preparing All Required Documents – Including Heritage Reports, Design & Access Statements, and supporting materials.

✅ Technical Drawings & CAD Plans – If the manufacturer provides section drawings, we use these; otherwise, we can create them if required. We will produce Elevation drawings based off your photos

✅ Submitting & Managing the Application – We ensure all documents are submitted correctly and assist with revisions if needed.
